1. Who we are

BuyGround (buygrnd.com) is operated by [BuyGround OÜ — registration pending, Estonia]. References to “BuyGround”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms mean that entity. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. What BuyGround is — and is not

BuyGround is a planning and comparison tool. You describe a purchase or project, and we generate a shopping plan drawn from products listed by third-party retailers, priced and compared across them.

BuyGround does not sell anything itself. We do not hold stock, process payments, ship goods, or take ownership of any product at any point. Every purchase is completed directly with the retailer, on that retailer’s own site, under that retailer’s own terms.

3. Plans, prices and accuracy

Quantities, material lists and cost estimates are generated automatically — either by an AI model or by a rule-based planning engine — from a catalogue of products and prices we maintain. They are a starting point for your own judgement, not professional or certified advice. For structural, electrical, or safety-critical work, verify quantities and specifications with a qualified professional before you buy or build.

Prices, stock status and product details are shown as accurately as we can manage, but may not reflect the retailer’s current price or availability at the moment you complete a purchase. Always confirm the final price and stock on the retailer’s own site before paying.

4. Affiliate relationships

BuyGround may earn a commission from some retailers when you complete a purchase after following a link from our site. This never changes the price you pay, and it never changes how products are ranked or compared — the cheapest option is always shown as the cheapest option, commission or not.

5. Accounts and your data

BuyGround does not currently require an account. Saved projects, carts, favourites, price watches and purchase history are stored only in your browser’s local storage — not on our servers. Clearing your browser data or switching devices will clear this information. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what does reach our servers.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use BuyGround to scrape, systematically extract, or reverse-engineer our catalogue or planning logic for a competing product; to attack or overload the service; or to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else’s rights.

7. Third-party sites

Links to retailer sites are provided for your convenience. We don’t control, and aren’t responsible for, the content, pricing, availability, or policies of any third-party site you reach from BuyGround.

8. No warranty, limitation of liability

BuyGround is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from a purchase made with a third-party retailer, from inaccurate pricing or stock information, or from relying on a generated plan without independent verification.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
